Eaglepeak Healthcare is a heart-powered care-giving unit dedicated to impacting the health and well-being of Senior citizens while helping families navigate the care of their loved ones with the appropriate mindset.
Our Corporate mission to bridge the healthcare gap in the continuum of care of all older persons drives us to get to know our clients and deploy a phased, client- centered, patient- centered approach to support and guide seniors and their families, whether at direct in- home or in our short-term care facility, all while enabling independent living.

The Eaglepeak Healthcare team consists of a multidisciplinary group including Consultant Physicians, Nursing managers, Nurses, Psychologists/ Psychiatrists, Physiotherapists, Professional carers, Nutritionist, Palliative Care Specialist and Community Rehabilitation Officers, all of whom work together to enable a holistic approach for geriatric assessment and coordinated care planning.
